Nika Bošković graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb in 2021. She passed the bar exam cum laude in 2023, and in the same year, she enrolled in the University’s interdisciplinary specialist Intellectual property study.
Since her faculty days and early professional activities, Nika has focused on the narrow specialization of providing consultation to her clients in the areas of trademark law, patent law, copyright and related rights, industrial design, and drafting complex contracts in the areas of technology, artificial intelligence, licensing and disposal of intellectual property rights.
Nika regularly participates in international congresses in the field of intellectual property, including PTMG, ECTA and INTA congresses, where she is active in the work of the Young Practitioners Committee.
Nika is fluent in English and Spanish, which additionally ensures high-quality communication and representation of clients’ interests at the international level.
