History
PRODUCTA d.o.o. is one of the first patent attorneys and trademark attorneys registered with the State Intellectual Property Office in the Republic of Croatia.
Since its establishment in 1992, almost simultaneously with the establishment of the Republic of Croatia, PRODUCTA d.o.o. has, following world trends and knowledge, grown into one of the best-known and most respectable companies for representation in the protection of intellectual property in Croatia and the region, especially in neighbouring countries and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
In the period of the establishment of the Republic of Croatia, PRODUCTA d.o.o. successfully established the trademark portfolios and provided support in the protection of intellectual property to almost all major companies in the Republic of Croatia.
In more than 30 years, PRODUCTA d.o.o. successfully handled over 15,000 trademark items and over 15,00 patent items for more than 500 domestic and international clients.

The experts of PRODUCTA d.o.o. were, among others, the co-authors of the Copyright and Related Rights Act, the Patent Act and Trademarks Act. Furthermore, they participated as experts in the CARDS program on the establishment of the intellectual property system in the Republic of Croatia.
Our team is qualified and trained for the preparation of patent applications in various scientific fields, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering as well as other fields, and we always strive to provide our clients the widest possible protection of rights.
