Industrial designs

Industrial design rights shall protect a three-dimensional or a two-dimensional design of the whole or a part of a product to the extent that it fulfils the requirements as to the novelty and an individual character.

All matters considering obtaining the protection of an industrial design on the national and global level, actions concerning with nullity procedures, as well as matters needed for the assignment of the rights and license agreement preparations, can with confidence be left over to us.
